Cast Steel Globe Valve

Boss Cast Steel Globe Valve of BS-5160/DIN 2401, PN-40, Straight or Right Angle Pattern, 13% Cr SS (AISI-410) Trim, Outside Screw and Yoke Type, Bolted Bonnet, Integral flanges as per BS-4504 Part I Table 40/1/DIN 2545 PN-40. Raised face. Body tested to 60 Bar Gauge and seat and back seat to 40 Bar Gauge Hydraulic Pressure.

Salient Features

Stream lined full flow area is provided in the body to minimise pressure drop
Bolted self aligning two piece gland
Renewable S.S. 13% Cr. (AISI-410) body seat ring and disc facing ring have at least 50 H.B difference in hardness.
Provision of back seat to facilitate on line replacement of gland packing under pressure when valve is full open
Sturdy hand wheel is provided for operation
